Features That Support Facilities Teams
Energy Optimization
Automatic sleep mode, proportional integral control, and load detection reduce consumption during off-peak windows without sacrificing comfort.
Fast Commissioning
Intuitive wizard, removable keypad with copy function, and Bluetooth/app connectivity streamline setup for service contractors.
Mechanical Protection
Pipe fill, anti-water hammer, and pump cleaning cycles extend asset life while preventing nuisance trips.
Facility Integrations
Native BACnet objects, Modbus registers, and analog I/O expanders make it simple to tie CFW501 drives into existing BMS platforms.
HVAC & Pumping Packages
UL508A Bypass Cabinets
Factory-engineered bypass, test, and manual override packages with short-circuit coordination, HOA selectors, and door-mounted HMIs.
Retrofit Kits
Custom backplates, conduit adapters, and wiring harnesses designed to replace legacy drives or starters inside existing enclosures.
Water & Wastewater Skids
Integrate CFW501 drives with PLC500 pump sequencing, flow meters, and telemetry for mission-critical pumping operations.
Building Analytics
Pair drives with CFW900 gateways or PLC500 controllers to capture run-time analytics, trend energy usage, and feed enterprise dashboards.
Seamless Building Automation Integration
Gross Automation engineers configure network topologies, alarm handling, and safety interlocks so your CFW501 drives communicate reliably with BACnet, Modbus, or PLC-based control rooms. We ensure every drive alarm and run status maps to your supervisory system.
- Pre-engineered BACnet object lists and graphics templates for major BAS platforms
- Integration of fire/smoke override circuits and safety chains with documented testing
- Remote connectivity via cellular or Ethernet gateways for multi-site support
- Drive trending dashboards aligned with energy reporting initiatives
